The Adoption Benefit Initiative was started to promote adoption-friendly public policies and corporate benefits. The wave of corporations introducing abortion travel benefits after the Supreme Court Dobbs decision led us to launch this initiative to encourage companies to support their Pro-Life employees in the same manner they have chosen to support their team members who have chosen the path of abortion.
Our goal is to create advocacy and awareness for positive benefits that support adoption and are valued by employees. We do not aim to reverse travel policies that we do not agree with, instead we encourage a balance of benefits that make all team members of an organization feel supported.
